Lota Realty was founded in 1976 by Joe and Wanda Wilson and has been continuously active in the real estate business for over 30 years. Judy and David Buck, the present broker-owners, joined the company in 1979 and had many successful years as associate brokers. In 1984, they purchased the company and in 1986 becaame affiliated with Coldwell Banker.
The national affiliation has added greatly to our professionalism and to the real estate services we can offer a buyer or a seller with an international referral base and excellent industry education/tools available to our agents. The extensive, award winning Coldwell Banker website and innovative expansion into areas such as Youtube, Iphone apps and an interactive billboard in Time Square have placed our company in the forefront of industry technology.

In addition, we have had the highest per agent productivity of any Coldwell Banker office. We have consistently been a leader in the Taos market for listings sold and buyers who purchased property.
